A little about me
I'm Yuk Kei (pronounciation: Yuki) and am working on machine-learning and cloud-computing methods for nanopore sequencing analysis. I'm interested in biotech developments for healthcare and sustainability.
Before my PhD, I worked five years on CRISPR-related projects: gene replacement in drosophila with the Homology-Directed Repair pathway and combinatorial CRISPR screens in ovarian cancer cell lines and gastric cancer organoids. Other than nanopore and CRISPR, I also spent one semester analyzing 2-photon microscopy images during my masters.
Feel free to check out my projects and reach out if you have any questions!
Would love to chat!
